Plant Details and use
The plant is used for the treatment of Malaria. Freshly crushed leaves are added to a pot of boiling water, then the steam is inhaled. The steam acts as a vapor bath in relieving the symptoms of high fever.
For Oedema (swollen feet), 1 teaspoonful of ground leaves is added to half a liter of water and taken, ½ a glass twice a day for 4-5 days.
