It is used in the management of Arthritis;1 teaspoon of turmeric powder is added to a cupful of warm milk. The mixture is drunk thrice daily after meals. Alternatively, equal quantities of turmeric and lime powder is mixed with water to make a paste and applied to the affected areas.
