It is used for eye infections.  The leaves are crushed and 1 drop squeezed in each eye 3 times daily for 3 days. 
For teeth problems, the sap of unripe fruit is squeezed onto the ailing tooth thrice a day after every meal 
 For diarrhea, tender leaves are crushed, soaked in warm water, filtered, and taken before meals. For children 3-6 years give a tablespoon. For adults, take ½ a glass twice a day.
